We enroll students of all races, religions, and national origins. We encourage our parents and students to explore the diversity of human culture through our program.

Enrollment Process:

The first step to enrolling your child is to schedule a virtual tour. Expect to spend about an hour with our Director of Admissions discussing your goals for your child’s education and what OMMS has to offer. You will “visit” each of our classrooms to observe how our prepared Montessori environments, scientifically designed materials, and Montessori trained and certified guides work together to aid each child in their individual development and to help the children develop independence, self-discipline, and a genuine love for learning.

At the end of the tour, you will receive a link to our online application. When you submit the application and the $75 per child nonrefundable application fee, your child will enter our “waiting pool”.

When we have an opening in one of our classrooms, we will select children from the pool based on gender, age, and whether they have siblings currently enrolled and invite them for a visit. They will meet with one of our teachers to assess the most appropriate program and ensure a good fit between the school, family, and the children. Applicants for the Elementary program will visit the school for one to two school days, without their parent present.

After reviewing the visit with staff, an administrator will notify families of program availability and acceptance into Oak Meadow Montessori School. Children are officially enrolled once the necessary online enrollment forms are completed, and the enrollment fee has been paid.
