Debra Pittman-Davis

Lead Guide

Debra Pittman-Davis is the Lead Guide in the Acorn Toddler Community since 2023. Debra earned her Infant / Toddler Montessori certification in 2000 and went on to earn her bachelor’s in psychology and her master’s in health and wellness with an emphasis in family dynamics. Debra has served in many different roles during her 24 years in Early Childhood Education, including teaching, training, and school leadership. She decided that she wanted to return to serving at the classroom level because the classroom environment is like a family; different personalities are valued and respected. She values students learning at their individual pace in a well-prepared environment. When she is not teaching, Debra enjoys spending time with family, reading, and being in nature.
