Kelly O’Leary

Floating Classroom Assistant

Kelly O’Leary serves as a Floating Classroom Assistant at OMMS, having first joined the community as a parent in 2022. Her experience volunteering as a substitute allowed her to appreciate the unique Montessori environment and the collaborative spirit of Oak Meadow, prompting her to transition to a full-time role.

Kelly holds a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on whole person wellness. With a decade of experience in private practice counseling and assistant teaching in higher education, she is dedicated to fostering self-directed growth and learning.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys nature hikes with her husband and two daughters, finding deep connection and gratitude in the beauty of the world around her.
