Kelly O’Leary

Lead Guide

Kelly O’Leary is the Lead Guide for our Beech community in lower elementary. She was previously the Classroom Assistant in Scarlet Oak before completing her certification in elementary training, after having first joined the community as a parent in 2022. Her experience volunteering as a substitute allowed her to appreciate the unique Montessori environment and the collaborative spirit of Oak Meadow, prompting her to transition to a full-time role.

Kelly holds a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on whole person wellness. With a decade of experience in private practice counseling and assistant teaching in higher education, she is dedicated to fostering self-directed growth and learning.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys nature hikes with her husband and two daughters, finding deep connection and gratitude in the beauty of the world around her.
