Gwen Dudek

Director of Admissions

Gwen Dudek is the Director of Admissions at OMMS since 2022. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Springhill College, an M.Ed. from Loyola University, and an AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) Primary Certification. She has served children in a Montessori setting since 2006 as a classroom assistant, an administrator, and the lead in a Primary classroom for 13 years. Her approach to this work with children has been inspired by the words of Renilde Montessori:

“For the child’s potential to be achieved, its educators must have acquired the disciplines of peace, and these can only be attained when the source of their pursuit is unconditional love of the earth, of the natural environment and of the material and spiritual constructions of humanity.” -Autumn 2012 Association Montessori Internationale

When she is not at school you might find her with her husband at Tribble Mill Park walking their husky, Ella.
