Liliana Paiva

Classroom Assistant

Liliana Paiva is the Classroom Assistant in the Sassafras Toddler Community. She has a natural way with the children. She speaks to them in English and Spanish, encouraging their language development when listening for different sounds and words. Lili is from Venezuela and has lived in this beautiful country for 14 years, with her husband Robertson and four daughters Laura, Ana, Emma, and Lia. Back in Venezuela, she studied Administration, working in the field for 8 years at the University of Zulia until her family decided to move here. Since she arrived in the USA, she has worked with children. She is very happy to be able to work at Oak Meadow Montessori School and feels like it has become her second family.

The school fosters a supportive parent community with seasonal get-togethers and monthly parent coffee talk meetings.
