Rodica Csizma

Lead Guide

Rodica Csizma has over six years of experience working in a Montessori environment and holds a 3-6 Primary Certification through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). She earned her BA in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from Babes Bolyai University in Romania. Rodica is a firm believer in the Montessori method, which she feels allows children to explore their interests and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Outside of her professional life, Rodica and her husband are devoted parents to their three daughters. They enjoy spending time together traveling, cooking, camping, and playing board games.
